Men’s Health Night Run 2013


To be honest i prefer to run in the morning. Previous lunch would be major hindrance during night run, but usually avoidable if you plan your meal properly. This is the first night run for 2013 calender year. And..its raining. The course i would say quite demanding for my level, with 80% of the course is in incline. My biggest mistakes of all, for the first time i have stopped for 2 water station in a row. Fizzy drinks some more! Immediately got diaphragm cramps all the way from 9km mark. Overall it was a challenging race in a challenging condition. Now im looking forward for my first half marathon at month’s end.
